Free shipping to the USA

Shipping is free on every order delivered to the United States.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). After shipping, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delays or lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, email us at snugpaws@use.startmail.com with your order number and we'll help right away.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can update it only before the order ships.
