We want you and your dog to love your SnugPaws gear. If something isn't right, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery of an order placed on snuggpaws.store.

How to start a return or exchange

Email us at snugpaws@use.startmail.com with your order number and the reason. We'll reply with the next steps within 24 hours on business days.

Exchanges for size

If the size doesn't fit, tell us your dog's chest and back length and we'll help you choose the right size.

Conditions

Items must be clean, unwashed, unused outdoors and in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you and process the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
